My day has been great so far.. I’ve been outside and harvested all my basil will put it on the drying rack.. And I worked in a flower bed to put it to sleep for old man winter.. Came in made meatloaf its in warming oven now also made molasses cookies and bananna walnut cookies… My my baking is done for a few days…
One sad thing did happen my neighbors dog got hit when I was outside and I heard this terrible crying sound didn’t know what it was and a couple of men came to my house said a dog was hit and if it was mine..I said no but new the owner so I got ahold of owner and I went down to be with the dog until she got there. We loaded the dog in her car and she took it to the vet.. How sad the person that hit the dog didn’t stop… I pray the dog will make it.. Haven’t head yet.. Blessings sisterbrenda

It's sad when pets get hit by cars. It happens from time to time though, I have some horrid memories of how kids in my complex acted when my kitten died and they found it...won't go into it, but it was sad.
