Fluffy white icing

I’m making cupcakes this morning and wanting a different frosting something fluffy.. So I would like to share with you..

FLUFFY WHITE ICING

3/4 c. Crisco
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
5 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. dry skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Beat for 10 minutes at high speed. Regular mixer works better than hand held portable mixer.

Thanks for sharing the recipie you found. Just stoping in for a moment.
